48-Hour Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: We require at least a 48 hours notice in the case you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Each stylist has their own Fee for canceling/rescheduling your session without notice. Contact your stylist for more information.
SERVICE RE-DO POLICY: We strive to offer you all the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’d be more then happy to correct the issue with no additional charge
*Please note - We will not offer complimentary services as a result of a ‘change of mind’ with your haircut.
Running Late?
Traffic happens, Life happens - However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, please understand that your session may have to rescheduled, or limit what can be accomplished during your time with us.
Illness
For the safety and well being of other clients and myself, please reschedule for a future appointment if you are feeling ill, recovering from any illness, or have been in contact with someone testing positive for COVID-19 or if you have someone living with you that is/has been ill.
Please note:
If you are exhibiting signs of illness when you arrive for your appointment, your service will be declined and 100% of the cost of time scheduled will be charged to the card on file
